Welcome to Nezul Studios. These terms apply whenever you use our website, request a quote, or engage us for a project. By working with us, you agree to the terms below. They’re written in plain language — the full detail for your specific project lives in the Service Agreement you’ll sign before work begins.

How We Work

We start every project with a short call, followed by a written proposal and a signed Service Agreement before any work begins. Fixed-scope website builds typically launch in 10 business days; ongoing services (Care Plans and Social Media Management) run monthly.

Payment Terms

• Website projects: a 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due on your approval, before the final site goes live.
• Monthly plans (Care Plans, Social Media Management): billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). VAT is added where applicable.
• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once paid in full.

Revisions & Scope

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (confirmed in your proposal/agreement). Revisions cover refinements to work already in progress — not new concepts or scope changes. Additional pages, major rewrites, or features outside the original brief are quoted separately before we begin that work, so there are never surprise charges.

Hosting & Domains

Hosting and domain registration aren’t included in our build fees unless stated otherwise. We’re happy to recommend reliable South African hosting (e.g. Afrihost, Hetzner. Axxess) and assist with domain registration, typically R200–R400/year depending on the extension.

Cancellations

• Once-off projects: you may cancel at any time in writing. Amounts already paid for completed work aren’t refundable, but you won’t be charged for work not yet done.
• Monthly plans: Care Plans and Social Media Management plans require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Social Media Management plans have a 3-month minimum commitment from the start date. There are no cancellation fees — simply settle the notice-period invoice and we’ll wrap up cleanly.

Content & Assets

You’re responsible for supplying your logo, brand assets, photos, and any content needed for your project, and for confirming you have the right to use them. If you don’t have photography ready, we can help source licensed stock or quote for a shoot.

Confidentiality & Your Information

Anything confidential you share with us is treated as such, and any personal information you share is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and South Africa’s POPIA.

Artificial Intelligence

We sometimes use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT & etc) to help speed up early drafts — for example, caption or copy variations. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed, edited, and finalised by a real person on our team before it reaches you; we never deliver unreviewed AI output. If you’d prefer your project be handled without AI assistance at any stage, just let us know.

No Guaranteed Results

For social media and marketing-related services, we don’t guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, engagement, or sales — these depend on factors outside our control. Where ad spend is part of a package, it’s always separate from our management fee.

Showcasing Our Work

We’re proud of the work we do, so we may feature completed projects in our portfolio and on our own social media. If you’d rather we didn’t feature your project, just let us know in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you’ve paid us for that project in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act that can’t lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
