  • Cookies — small files used for analytics and site functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Why We Collect It

We use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes/proposals
  • Deliver the services you’ve engaged us for
  • Send invoices and manage payments
  • Send service-related updates (e.g. monthly reminders, project status)

Keeping Your Information Safe

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the personal information we hold, including restricting access to those who need it to do their jobs and using reputable, secure tools and platforms.

Artificial Intelligence

We may use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Canva AI & etc) to help with early drafts of content (such as captions or copy), but everything we deliver is reviewed and finalised by a real person before it reaches you. We don’t input your confidential or sensitive personal information into public AI tools. See our AI Usage section in our Terms of Service for more detail.
